Efficient Maintenance
Two convenient maintenance kits (378NSMAINT6 and 378MAINT12) can be purchased separately to ensure that the unit operates at peak efficiency. These kits prevent the components of your machine from becoming worn and defective and will keep your unit running at an optimal condition. To ensure peak operating condition, this machine requires maintenance every 6 months and at least once a year.
Programmable Standby
The temperature of each bowl is easily monitored to maintain ideal consistency thanks to the unit’s automatic mode. It automatically switches the machine into “standby” mode overnight and will refreeze the ingredients just before your business opens for the day. This significantly reduces prep time.
