Variety Usage
Three speeds let you mix anything from cake batter to whipped cream, and the speeds are labeled to indicate which accessory is best-suited for that setting. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 178, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 293, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 576. A gear-driven transmission design provides greater reliability over belt-driven mixers.
Accessories Included
This mixer comes with a stainless steel dough hook, and a stainless steel flat beater so you can start using it right away. It also comes with a wire whip that is made of 304 grade stainless to resist rust.
